Wedding Policies

Deposit
A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Payment
Final count and payment are due ten (10) days prior to event.  The guaranteed count may not be reduced.  We will provide 5% over guarantee number to a maximum of 25 guests.
Method of Payment
Gourmet Catering will accept cash, cashier's check, money order, certified check, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.  NO personal checks will be accepted for final payment- only certified checks.  Any check returned for any reason has a $35.00 service fee.
Taxes & Gratuities
All food and beverages are subject to 9.25% tax and an 18% gratuity.  Rialto has a $1.00 per person caterer fee.
Tastings
If required, a tasting will be conducted on a complimentary basis for up to four (4) guests.  Please call to schedule an appointment.  Due to the natures of our business, weekends are not available during peak season.
Linen
We provide all table linen with china service: white table clothes, white or colored napkins, skirting of bridal table, entry table, gift table, cake table and D.J. table are included.  Floor length clothes are available at additional charge of $28.00 per table.

We are a fully licensed and insured caterer.  Certificate of insurance available upon request.

Any items that are deep fried are fried in 100% trans fat free oil.

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card.  A $50.00 deposit is required on all parties and a $300.00 deposit is required on all Wedding Receptions.
